Enjoy a luxurious stay at the popular Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat and Spa this fall. Try some of their one-of-a-kind experiences like a yoga class, cooking a wholesome meal, walking one of their trails while enjoying the autumn-coloured leaves and so much more. You can’t help feeling blissful while enjoying a warm cup of coffee on one of their desks that overlook the blue waters of Lake Ontario.
Your stay will include a one or two night sleep in a Comfort Suite room, which includes two queen sized beds, a three-piece ensuite, 100% cotton linens and a 55” LED TV. You’ll also receive Pevonia Bath amenities, bath robes, slippers and a yoga mat so that you feel right at home.
To add to your experience, choose one of the many signature spa experiences that will have all of your worries just melt away. Rejuvenate with a facial treatment, massage, body treatment, Ayurveda experience and more. You’ll also have access to yoga practices including stretch, yin, hatha or vinyasa. Spare some time to explore the nature around this resort with a walking through one of the trails, forest bathing, biking or some meditation in the garden. There’s also cooking classes Wednesday – Sunday at 3:15pm, where you can make some sweet or savoury. Lastly, relax in one of the many hot tubs, the steam bath or the blissful sauna.
